Penguins,who include some of the newer members to Southdown, are, under the guidance of coaches Caitlin and Imogen introduced to the basic skill and rules of the game which are then developed in High 5 game play. They put into practise what they have learnt playing in the East Grinstead High 5 Netball Leagu
