Xmas At The Old Mill

Southdown Netball Club sponsors The Old Mill have released their Christmas Menu.
The Christmas Menu which is available from December 1st through to December 24th costs £23.50 for 3 courses which include;
Starters: Cream of winter vegetable soup finished with a cappuccino cream Rolled smoked salmon filled with a salmon mousse & citrus creme fraiche.
Mains: Roast turkey with a sage and onion stuffing, chipolatas wrapped in smoked bacon & cranberry sauce. Pan seared Sea Bass with wilted chicory, pancetta lardons & diced sweet potatoes served on a roast plum tomato sauce.
Puddings: Christmas chocolate roulade filled with vanilla cream & cherries in a kirsch liqueur served with chocolate sauce. Mulled wine poached pear jelly tart with crumbled meringue & raspberry coulis.
